Brief Introduction to Meteorological Science and Technology
Meteorological Science and Technology is a meteorological journal, started publication in 1973, with emphasis on the new progress, new methods, new trends and new viewpoints in atmospheric science. The journal is sponsored jointly by the CMA Meteorological Observation Centre, the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences, the Beijing Meteorological Bureau, National Satellite Meteorological Centre, and National Meteorological Information Centre, published bimonthly and distributed both at home and abroad. Meteorological Science and Technology contains the following columns: atmospheric sounding and information technology; atmospheric dynamics and weather & climate; ecological environment and applied meteorology; and practical techniques. The journal is indexed and abstracted by several major scientific databases: Wanfang Data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Information (VIP), etc. It can be helpful to scientists, students and faculty in meteorological and the related fields.
