    Abstract:
    For the last 30 years, the multi statistical analysis method has been greatly advanced.The present study focuses on some application and development of statistical forecast of meteorology. The materials are chosen mainly from multi statistical analysis and analysis of time series. The fuzzy set method?artifical intelligence (artifical neural networks, etc.)? grey system and Chebysher polyhomial expansion that are not statistical are included in the statistical method. In addition Kalman filter?fractal dimension etc. that are widely used in the domain of the meteorology in recent year is refered to in this paper.

    Abstract:
    根据常规气象观测资料、GMS-5静止气象卫星的红外云图和可见光图像,分析了1999年4月25至5月4日塔里木盆地浮尘天气。分析结果表明,红外云图和可见光图像能够监测盆地浮尘的变化,浮尘呈灰色,纹理均匀,边界清晰。浮尘区的TBB在0~-15℃之间变化,与地面能见度有着较好的对应关系,大范围浮尘区的反射率在30%~36%之间,浮尘区反射率等值线稀疏,云区反射率等值线密集。

    Abstract:
    Based on the 1961-2000 observational data of 11 weather stations in Chaidamu Basin ,the time-space distribution characteristics of sandstorm weather in Chaidamu Basin are analyzed. Considering the high circulation situation,ground cold air,affect-factors and the forecast index of forty sandstorm events during 1980-2000 Spring ,the forcasting method of Spring sandstorm weather is established.

    Abstract:
    The relationship between the coronary heart disease and meteorological condition is analyzed. The result shows that the occurrence of the coronary heart disease is related to temperature, air pressure and other meteorological elements. Based on the correlation analysis, the prediction equation for the weekly incidence of coronary heart disease is set up using the step regression, which provides some references for preventing and treating the disease.

    Abstract:
    A squall weather process over the northern Zhejiang Province is analyzed. The results show that the squall took place under the condition of upper forward trough and in the instability area near the sub tropical high. The warm and moist temperature advection and the continious rising surface temperature over northern Zhejiang province stored a great energy of instability, and the upper cold temperature advection greatly promoted the instability. The water vapour analysis revealed that the warm and moist southwest air current at 850hPa transported water vapour to the squall occarence place where is just the interface of dry and moist air or the front zone of dew point, but the water vapour at 500hPa and 700hPa was transported by northwest air current. This is the squall weather process's feature.

    Abstract:
    The acid rain observation in Nanning is analyzed.The results show that the acid rain frequence and the acidity in Nanning are both high, the frequency of acid rain in 2000 is 61.8%.The frequence is lower in summer half year and higher in winter half year. The relationship between acid rain and weather in different seasons is also analyzed. The seasonal distribution characters of acid rain have obviously relativity with the upper and surface wind direction freguency and the atmospheric circulation.

    Abstract:
    The characters of ultraviolet radiation in Nanning city are discussed, its relation with global radiation and cloudage is also analyzed. It points out that the character of ultraviolet radiation in Nanning varies obviously in different seasons,it is the strongest in summer and the weakest in winter. The ultraviolet radiation becomes stronger since April and becomes weaker since October every year and is the strongest between 12 o'clock and 14 o'clock everyday. Its correlation coefficient with global radiation is 0.67 and the correletion with cloudage in some months is obvious.The daily varying curve is the most smooth in sunny days,worse smooth in cloudy days,the worst smooth in little cloudy days.

    1990~ 2 0 0 0年北京地区大气能见度的统计分析表明 ,大气能见度有明显的年际变化、季节变化和日变化特征。冬、春、秋三季及全年日平均年际变化表现为 2 0世纪 90年代中期能见度较好 ,前期和末期能见度较差 ,2 0 0 0年能见度迅速好转 ;夏季能见度年际变化在 1997年以前与其他季节相反 ,1995年能见度最差。大气能见度与同期地面气象条件和主要污染物浓度的相关性比较表明 ,春、夏、秋三季以空气湿度、PM10 和风速为主要影响因子 ,冬季以PM10 、SO2 、空气湿度和风速为主要影响因子。能见度与相对湿度和空气污染物浓度呈反相关 ,与风速的相关性较为复杂 (有时呈正相关 ,有时呈反相关 ) ;高湿度 (相对湿度 f≥ 80 % )、小风速 (地面风速u≤ 2m·s-1)和雾是造成低能见度的主要气象条件 ;污染物浓度对能见度的影响以冬季最为明显 ,秋季次之 ,夏季最差

    Abstract:
    In combination with airborn GPS real-time position parameter, a wind speed and direction calculating program is given with longitudinal and latitudinal starting points and destination ,thus an important base to real-time follow and the tracks of advection diffusion and position control in the seeding area is provided. It's more accurate than the way that time and space extension in the fixed-point and fixed-time wind speed and direction detected in neighbour area. In additation, the possible error in computing PMS particle concentration produced by wind speed and direction is given.

    Abstract:
    From the previous research result it can be found that fine particle congregates most of the nocuous matter of aerosol. These matters can enter into respiration system of humanbeing, and be deposited in the alveolus. Fine particles seriously affect people's health, and make environment even worse. Experts have attached great importance to the research in this field. The background,project,science policy and problem of the PM 2.5 research in New York City are given. The measurement sites and some already acquired primary results are particularly introduced in order that all these can provide some help to similar research in China.
